I am looking to appoint a hospitality professional with cooking qualifications and team leadership experience to a permanent FullTime Chef Manager role to lead my site at Stockton.
Hours are Monday & Tuesday 0630-1500
Wednesday to Friday 0900-1730
WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES
The role involves the dual responsibilities in food preparation/ presentation and site management.
Overall cost management with a focus on food and labour costs.
Adherence to dietary requirements ( allergies,texture modified foods)
Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils
Maintaining legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
Demonstrable team management,development and leadership
Assisting the broader team as required
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
Cert lll ( or similar ) in Commercial Cookery
Food Safety Cert ( Mandatory)
Experience in managing food,labour and operational costs
A motivated,enthusiastic and a positive can do attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced,challenging & time sensitive environment
Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
A current police check is required
This position is paying a salary range of $74,469-$ 77,745 ( Incl.Super) depending on experience

We have the opening for a Full Time Spray Painter to join our seasoned team. We delivery high quality projects whilst focusing on a positive team outlook. This role will be for our marine, transport and leisure projects.
What We Are Looking For:
• High attention to detail
• Physically fit – moving in, under and around cranes, boats and caravans.
• Perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Punctual, reliable & a positive attitude
• Self Driven & Team Orientated attitude
• Be able to clearly read, write and speak English
What You Will Need:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience
• Experience in sanding and prepping
• Experience working on heavy vehicles
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• A keen eye for detail
• Exceptional time management skills
• Morals and be trustworthy
Must Have Trade Certificate
