Our enthusiastic fast paced team is looking for a full time qualified cook for its busy Roadhouse located in Southern Cross WA.
You are expected to perform and direct overall restaurant kitchen management.
You will be responsible for food, staffing, cleanliness, inventory and money control systems.
You have to direct staff via checklists and training to ensure that extremely tasty food is always served and proper food safety, product preparation, ensures the highest cleanliness standards are maintained.
Responsible for the recruitment, training and retention of all staff.
Successful applicant must have:
full time work rights in Australia.
Must be formally qualified with Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV, or at least three years of relevant experience.
Ideally you may have three years of full time work experience or atleast 2 years with a 485 visa that can enable you to get three years experience.
This is a position which is open for 494 sponsorshipdown the track.
Role is for 38 hours a week with $55K +super .
Private clean subsidised accommodation is provided, rooms is equipped with its own toilet and bathroom. No transport is required as accommodation is onsite. Southern Cross is a quiet and friendly township only several hours from Perth and Kalgoorlie. There is daily train service to Southern Cross.
