Textile Factory Supervisor/Production Manager
Due to an increase in requests for our industry leading textile products we’re looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor/Production Manager in the textile industry to join our Team.

The diversity of products range from Shade Sails and Tension Membranes to Awnings & Blinds. As a company established in 1948, our Team has vast experience and we’re looking to expand and grow with the addition of new talent.
This role may be right for you if you love doing things right, delivering quality products and are capable of working both independently and in a Team environment.
You will have proven experience in the role and the following attitude and skills:
Excellent knowledge of the Textile Industry
Experience supervising in a factory environment
Knowledge in using appropriate tools correctly
Dedicated and careful with outstanding attention to detail
Follows processes and independently solves challenges as required
Focus on cleanliness, organisation & safety
Can Maintain equipment and adhere to safe work practices
Own transport
Full working rights in Australia
Excellent communication skills
Self-initiative, common sense and enjoys working in a Team environment.
The position is Full-time with an above award salary agreement for the right candidate.

We have a new Civil Construction Client who is sourcing an Operations Manager.
Location: Gladstone, QLD
A relocation subsidy may be provided to the right candidate.
Salary: $80K - $130K plus super depending on experience
The candidate will also be provided with full use of a company vehicle, laptop and phone.
Start Date: End of January 2020 but will accommodate the right candidate if they needed to start sooner.
The candidate must possess civil experience along with management experience.
An Engineering Degree is desirable but not mandatory.
The role will manage the day to day Operations of the Company’s Gladstone depot including managing all staff, pricing and managing works.
This role may also be required to travel away at times to assist with other projects, whilst also overseeing Gladstone.
