QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum 5 years landscape industry experience is required including experience as a supervisor, leading hand or in your own business
- Experience in mid to large scale landscape construction and civil projects. Ideally also experience on revegetation projects
- Experience in both hard and softscaping
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team and projects
- Drivers licence, White Card, Asbestos card
- Ideally MR licence and machine experience

- Be punctual and reliable at all times
- Be passionate about the industry
- Have excellent planning, prioritising and organisational skills
- Be practical with the ability to problem solve and be proactive about finding solutions
- Show dedication, work with a sense of urgency and show leadership

- Be physically fit and a non smoker
