Working in the F3 Northbound restaurant, the Customer Experience Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of dining room hosts to deliver an outstanding Macca’s customer experience.
Duties:
Lead a team of dining room hosts to deliver an outstanding customer experience in the restaurant.
Greets customers and assists place orders through digital service platform & takes order if host is not available.
Reactive to customer cues and enthusiastically look for opportunities to engage with customers.
Confident in handling customer concerns, uses customer recovery (L.A.S.T.) and escalates to the Shift Manager when appropriate.
Responsible for the cleanliness of customer areas.
Identifies bottlenecks in the customer areas and reacts accordingly so to not impact the customer's experience.
Manages resources (e.g. balloons, PDP etc.) to enable genuine connections with kids.
Upholds Workplace Safety and Food Safety minimums.

OVERVIEW
Art Mania Studio have an opening in 2020 for a Teen’s After School Development Program Art Teacher. This program has been running for over 10 years at Art Mania Studio and is a 10 week term based program that see’s students aged between 12 and 18 years develop skills in drawing, painting and other art mediums.
HOURS
Teaching hours are Wednesday and Thursday’s 4 to 5:30pm, arrival 3:30pm to set up and depart 6pm after clean up. First week commences 5th February 2020 and runs for 10 weeks. Term 1 would be a trial period, looking to re-contract for Term 2 and beyond.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Personality and team fit - we are looking for someone who displays an open manner, is kind, compassionate and communicates well.
Term Plan - ability to create a 10 week term class plan that explores various art mediums as well as be able to impart knowledge and develop the skills of the students.
WWC - Must hold a current Working with Children check.
Budget – must be able to plan classes and execute the term plan within a specified budget.
DESIRED CRITERIA
Experience in teaching and in various art mediums are desired but not essential.
PAY RATE
Will be determined on experience.
