An opportunity exists to spend the summer working on the south coast of NSW.

Sous Chef

- Ordering and rotation of stock,
- Inspiring, training and motivating the kitchen team,
- Supervise the kitchen operation through service periods,
- Assisting the Head Chef control food cost and labour,
- Contribute towards menu development for all outlets,
- Maintaining knowledge of WHS, food safety and food hygiene practices.
Experience in function food service will be seen as an advantage.
