We are a Melbourne based non-EBA specialist multi-residential apartment builder who are seeking a full time experienced Site Labourer who is fit and dedicated to join our growing team. THE ROLE
This is a hands on role and as the TAB/Sports Bar Supervisor you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of TAB & Sports Bar activities whilst complying with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures. This position is responsible for ensuring that Tabcorp Park delivers exceptional customer service experience for all of our guests.
Reporting to the Duty Manager, this role will work in collaboration with the Tabcorp Park team including functions, sales & events and kitchen teams. 
Key Accountabilities: 
• Lead by example and support all staff to conduct their day to day duties in a competent, friendly and efficient manner
• Manage compliance of RSA, TAB & VCGLR Regulations
• Coordinate and Manage rosters to achieve the most cost effective outcomes without sacrificing service standards
• Accurate reconciliations of Tills, System One & TAB. Identify errors and variances and take appropriate action
• Ensure accurate stock control measures are in place and monitored including transfers and stock movement
• Ensure all financial systems are working and reporting is in place
• Cash handling
• Preparing daily de-brief reports 
WHAT YOU NEED
You will be a highly motivated, well-groomed professional and be responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of our busy Sports Bar in Tabcorp Park.  You will lead a team that is dedicated and passionate about our customers.
To be considered for this role you should you will need to have:
• Previous strong hospitality experience in a supervisory role  
• Ability to manage a TAB/Sports Bar including all compliance requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in TAB
• Valid accreditations
 RSA
 TAB Advanced
 Food Handlers Certificate
 Drivers Licence
 First Aid & CPR (desirable)
 RSG (desirable)
• Keno experience (desirable)
• Ability to adhere to Covidsafe working practises
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to cope with the rigours of shift work including weekends, New Year’s Eve and all Major Race Events.

We have various employers both in the Western and Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, looking for forklift drivers and order picker staff. 
To be considered for these opportunities, you'll have & need to be competent in the following areas:
·  Current LF Licence with FLD Experience 
Current LO License
·  High Reach Experience is an advantage
·  Experience in use of a Toyota/Raymond forklifts (an advantage)
Experience on a Linde Forklift is an advantage
·  Experience in loading HC or MC trucks is an advantage
Good Transport & Warehouse experience is an advantage
·  A strong eye for detail and high level of thoroughness
·  You will need to be comfortable to work within all areas of a warehouse environment
