Job Details:
Days and working hours are negotiable, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
Up to 20 hours per week, great opportunity for a parent seeking employment during school hours, a student balancing study commitments or someone seeking a secondary income.
Appreciation for routine, organization, and meticulous attention to detail is a must.
Contract or PAYG options available. This is a consistent role at one residential property, no travel required and no schedule changes with varrying clients etc

The role:
Reporting directly to the dealership manager
• General servicing
• Brake and bearing servicing
• Electrical and Air Conditioning experience
• Caravan Repair work
• Warranties and diagnostic work
The Applicant:
• Mechanically minded person
• Previous experience working with caravans
• Strong organisational skills
• 12v electrical knowledge, plumbing and welding would be an advantage.
• Experience with silicon and sealing.
• Good with problem solving.
• Has a current car licence.
• Forklift operating licence desirable
• Physically fit.
• Positive attitude.
Hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 2:30 pm Friday.

I am currently searching for a creative, passionate SOUS CHEF
to join my client at one of their leading iconic Hotel Pubs based in the beautiful Newcastle / Hunter Region of NSW.
This role is an amazing career opportunity that offers you loads of variety in your working day and week. You will be responsible for working directly with your Head Chef, whilst overseeing, supporting and managing the venues kitchen brigade, assisting with menu development and changes, staff rostering, maintaining the highest standard of hygiene within the kitchen.
Candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role. Experience in quality Modern Australian Food - Steaks, Pan, Fry, Grill, Salads, Larder, Pasta, Seafood, Menu Specials would be very advantageous.
To be suited for this role, you must have a solid experience working in fast paced Hotel Pub kitchen brigades. You will possess strong a la carte and pub food experience to date, experience in menu creation and design, training staff and mentoring all levels of chefs in the brigade.
