Join a reputable and progressive physiotherapy and sports injury centre in the South Western area of Sydney, with the most modern equipment and spacious treatment rooms, offering evidence-based exercises, MSK injury management, post-operative rehabilitation, fracture casting, spinal decompression, strengthening and conditioning programs, chronic disease management in clinical hydro and gym settings, among other services.
This busy practice is currently seeking to employ full-time permanent Physiotherapists to work individually and with groups of patients, assessing and monitoring patients' physical conditions, educating patients and promoting their good health, communicating and reporting to other healthcare professionals in the team.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
• Full registration with AHPRA, with a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or Exercise and Sports Science
• Ideally with experience in musculoskeletal /rehabilitation setting
• Experience in exercise prescription and programming
• Private indemnity insurance
• Current first aid and CPR certificates
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to easily build rapport with patients, co-workers, and other healthcare professionals
• Passion for ongoing learning and progression
• Excellent organizing skills, strong motivation and work commitment
• Cheerful and outgoing personality

Your new role
Convert cold and warm leads to new business opportunities to fuel the company's growth
Partner with an Account Executive to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month
Engage with clients through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to solve them
Have the autonomy to operate beyond your role and help the team improve our process, training, use of technology, and any other aspects of our business.
Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business
Follow-up with previous contacts (nurturing leads)
Maintain Salesforce records

Some experience within sales is highly desirable but not essential, other roles can bring transferable skills. A construction background would also be beneficial, but again is not essential criteria.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: this role commences January 6th, training will be held in the states for 1-2 weeks in California, you must be able to attend training and travel from 4th/5th January.
