CHEF DE PARTIE - Start Immediately
We are seeking a strong and experienced Chef de Partie to work between the Station's busy Steakhouse 40 seater restaurant and the Cantina, our popular takeaway venue.
The candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a CDP, be experienced in managing services and work well within a multi-cultural team
GROUNDS & MAINTENANCE - Start Mid July
The right candidate will be punctual, reliable and hard working. Backgrounds in a trade are favourable, or experience in labour and maintenance.
The maintenance team keeps El Questro's lights on and the Station looking beautiful.
They are responsible for maintaining the grounds, monitoring camp sites, responding to breakdowns, rounding up rogue snakes, bulls and more.

The role:
Working Mon- Friday on a full time basis

Will oversee the HV assets, including scheduled maintenance, and ensure all required unscheduled maintenance is done as efficiently as possible
